Monti, Inc continues to evolve as we work to be a World Class Supplier and grow our business by installing new machine technology, continuing to add talented employees and streamlining our processes.
We are proud to announce the Grand Opening of Plating Solutions, LLC, a new electroplating operation located in Woodlawn, Ohio, minutes away from our Corporate Headquarters! This state-of-the-art facility specializes in industrial metal finishing, with three fully automated lines on which we are able to plate in Silver, Tin and RoHS compliant Zinc, both in Clear and Yellow Chromate. Our plating lines are set up to run Barrel and Rack Plating as part characteristics dictate. The ability to plate our own parts allows us to assure that all customer requirements are followed, such as plating thickness, placement, quality, appearance and control of delivery.

Haas UMC-750: a 5 Axis CNC Mill,
New to the CNC milling market in 2013, Monti was the first to purchase this model within the region.
(3) Haas DT-1 CNC Mill w/Midaco ADT-1SD pallet changer
We now have four of these cells in production. They have helped improve schedule flexibility on smaller sized machined components.
The compact and extremely versatile Haas DT-1 packs a large punch with its ability to swap tools in 0.8 seconds, shorten cycle times and reduce non-cutting time.

Haas TM-2 CNC Mill
Monti Inc. is growing! We have added 29 full-time employees in 2013, from 164 to 193. Many of these new hires have been added to our 3rd shift to increase capacity, improve output per machine and on-time delivery.
Lastly, we would like to introduce you to our new Lean Manufacturing Engineer, Tom Parker, who is leading teams to improving efficiencies, maximizing throughput, focus on set-up reduction, 6S and analyzing current labor capacity relative to product demand.
