Industrial manufacturer Monti Inc. has announced plans for their relocation and expansion. The Ohio-based company will move its corporate headquarters and Ohio manufacturing operations from the Carthage neighborhood to the North Avondale area. The company has finalized the purchase of its new facility located at 4510 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45229.
The move stems from Monti’s need for additional manufacturing space to accommodate continued growth and the purchase of new machinery. With this move, the company will more than double its available manufacturing square footage. At 300,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space, the complete building overhaul gives Monti the opportunity to service its customer’s future outsourcing needs.
“This move will help Monti to better serve its customers by allowing improvement to its current manufacturing and administrative layout and providing space for future expansion,” said Jay Binder, Monti’s Chief Operating Officer.
Many renovations will be done to the building’s infrastructure before the company moves, including a complete office renovation and power distribution to accommodate heavy machinery.
