Monti Is Your One Stop Shop

In the manufacturing industry, your business partners are crucial. At Monti, we understand that you need vendors you can count on. To reduce the number of vendors you need, we have capabilities to truly be your One Stop Shop.

For example, our finishing capabilities include in-house Powder Coating and Electroplating (Clear & Yellow Zinc Chromate). That way, we control our own schedule and we don’t have to rely on outside vendors that might extend your lead time. We offer secondary processes such as PEMM nuts & stud insertion.

We also have a full in-house CNC Milling and Lathe Departments that machine all subcomponents in a timely fashion so your weldments are not delayed by an outside vendor.

With world class equipment and personnel, we invite you to contact us for your sheet metal fabrication needs.

Manufacturing Day Introduces Youth to Manufacturing Careers

Monti Inc. Participates in Manufacturing Day to Introduce Youth to Manufacturing Careers

Monti Inc.’s commitment to moving the manufacturing industry forward is evident with their support of Manufacturing Day, an introduction for high school students to learn about different manufacturing careers.

Manufacturing day is the first Friday in October but continues throughout the month. The series of events help showcase modern manufacturing careers by encouraging companies and educational institutions to open their doors to students, teachers and community leaders.

We’ll also help you value engineer your GPO-3 part to shorten lead times while increasing the value of the component.

First, a little background on GPO-3:

GP0-3 is a UL recognized plastic insulation material that performs very well in many high voltage electrical insulating applications that require high strength, flame resistance, low smoke generation and moderate heat resistance. Its most common use is to support and electrically isolate power and electrical distribution equipment.
